Cancellation Policy for Watersports Port Vila

At Watersports Port Vila, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible tour experience. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your tour. In such cases, we have established the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellation with at least 24 hours’ notice: If you cancel your tour with at least 24 hours’ notice, we will issue a full refund of your tour cost.

• Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled tour: Unfortunately, if you cancel your tour within 24 hours of the scheduled tour, we are unable to issue a refund.

• Cancellation due to acts of God or war: In the event that you need to cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as acts of God (natural disasters) or war, we will provide you with a letter outlining the details of your cancelled tour. This letter can be used to file a claim with your insurance company, but please note that refunds are not guaranteed in these situations.

Please note that our cancellation policy applies to all tours and services offered by Watersports Port Vila. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances. If Watersports Port Vila cancels the tour for any reason, we will refund 100%.
