At Watersports Port Vila, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible tour experience. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise which require you to cancel your tour. In such cases, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation with at least 24 hours’ notice: If you cancel your tour with at least 24 hours’ notice, we will issue a full refund of your tour cost.
Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled tour: Unfortunately, if you cancel your tour within 24 hours of the scheduled tour, we are unable to issue a refund.
In the event that you are unable to attend your scheduled tour, we are happy to provide you with a letter for insurance purposes. This letter will outline the details of your cancelled tour and can be used to file a claim with your insurance company.
Please note that our cancellation policy applies to all tours and services offered by Watersports Port Vila. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or any other circumstances beyond our control. If Watersports Port Vila cancels the tours for any reason we will refund 100%
